Performance characteristics of the oil pump motor

Appearance design:

Adopting YE2 motor shape design, it can produce a top outlet or side outlet, beautiful and elegant appearance.

Electromagnetic design:

In terms of electromagnetic design, it is designed according to the requirements of hydraulic motors. It has the characteristics of low noise, low-temperature rise and high efficiency. Efficiency meets the requirements of the GB18613-2012 standard.

Structural design:

In the structural design, and oil drain groove is added at the joint of the oil pump and the motor to prevent hydraulic oil from immersing in the motor, ensuring the safe use of the motor and easy disassembly. The mating surface of the motor and the pump has high machining accuracy and is coaxial with the pump. It runs smoothly, has low noise, and is easy to maintain.

Operational performance:

After the direct connection mode is adopted, the operation is smoother and the noise is smaller. And the oil pump can be replaced separately. The hydraulic motor has an internal shaft, which can be directly matched with the vane pump, gear pump, lubricating pump, etc., tightly matched, without coupling. Easy to assemble, saving space and cost.
